Emergency Fire Alarm Call Out

Service Description

What will we do? During a fire alarm call-out, we will begin by ensuring that the system is safe and that there is no immediate risk to the building or occupants. We will diagnose the cause of the fault, investigate any activated devices or damaged components, and carry out all on-site repairs that can be completed during the visit. We will never leave the system in an unsafe condition; if full repairs cannot be completed immediately, we will restore the system to a safe, compliant, and stable state before leaving the site. If the issue requires additional parts, further labour, or follow-up works, we will discuss this with the client before proceeding.
