Ongoing fire safety maintenance and system support for a large residential building in Ilford.

Our engineers attended site promptly to address fire alarm system issues and assess the overall condition of life safety systems within the building. A coordinated maintenance approach was introduced covering fire alarms, fire doors, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers.

During routine servicing, it was identified that the existing fire alarm zone plan was not compliant. This was replaced with a larger, clearer, and fully compliant zone plan, improving system usability and compliance.
